At Vegas GellyBall, our team is the heart and soul of every event. From our Fun Officers to our Chief Fun Officers, every one of our members is dedicated to making your party unforgettable. Let’s take a peek behind the scenes to see what goes into hosting a Vegas GellyBall party.


The Prep Work

Every party starts with preparation. Our team arrives 90 minutes early to set up the battlefield, ensuring everything is perfect before the first guest arrives. This includes:

- Setting up bunkers and obstacles.

- Testing blasters and batteries.

- Ensuring all helmets and gear are clean and ready to go.


Welcoming the Guests

As the kids arrive, our Fun Officers greet them with big smiles and plenty of enthusiasm. We kick things off with a quick safety briefing, explaining the rules and showing everyone how to use the blasters. Then it’s time to divide into teams and get the games started!


The Games Begin

Once the action starts, it’s non-stop fun. Our team keeps the energy high, organizing games and ensuring everyone gets a chance to shine. Whether it’s a fast-paced Free-for-All or a strategic Team Elimination match; there’s never a dull moment.


Keeping it Safe and Fun

Safety is our top priority. Our staff is always on hand to enforce the rules, assist players, and make sure everyone is having a great time. We’re experts at balancing fun and fairness, ensuring every player feels included and valued.


Wrapping Up

As the party winds down, our team takes care of the cleanup, leaving the area like we found it. We pack up the gear, say our goodbyes, and head out, leaving behind a group of happy kids and relieved parents.


What Makes It Worthwhile

For our Vegas GellyBall team, the best part of the job is seeing the smiles on kids’ faces. There’s nothing is quite like hearing a child say, “This was the best birthday ever!” It reminds us why we do what we do and why we love it.
