Cancellation Policy

I hereby release and agree to hold VEGAS-GellyBall, Hoops Las Vegas, and The Bouncehouse Brothers harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of VEGAS-GellyBall, Hoops Las Vegas, and The Bouncehouse Brothers, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with VEGAS-GellyBall, Hoops Las Vegas, and The Bouncehouse Brothers. I understand that this release discharges VEGAS-GellyBall, Hoops Las Vegas, and The Bouncehouse Brothers from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against VEGAS-GellyBall, Hoops Las Vegas, and The Bouncehouse Brothers with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, my attendance to VEGAS-GellyBall. This liability waiver and release extends to VEGAS-GellyBall, Hoops Las Vegas, and The Bouncehouse Brothers together with all the promoters of VEGAS-GellyBall, Hoops Las Vegas, and The Bouncehouse Brothers, its partners, vendors, and employees. Understand that I will explain to all players that they wear close-toed shoes, no flip-flop or open-toed sandal, Crocks are okay, VEGAS-GellyBall prefers players wear tennis shoes or boots that offer ankle support. Most importantly, VEGAS-GellyBall hosts a Safety Presentation for each event. These are solutions that offer a hands on experience that encourages responsibility, leadership and empathy for others. Parent, we ask that if you child is having a tough day; that you help our Fun Officers by re-enforcing the game rules. Every party and event is a new experience for us as well, if you can help us manage your child we will gladly accept the help.
